About Me

Javon Antwon Williams was born in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn and later moved to East New York where he spent all his childhood years thinking of ways to break into the entertainment world.  He loved to mimic his favorite performers singing/dancing in the mirrors; soon he began writing his own lyrics.  

    At the tender age of 8, Javon knew he wanted to be in the entertainment world. Idolizing artist such as Usher, 50 cent and Mary J Blige Javon was always singing and even making up dance steps dreaming of one day being on the covers of top magazines and touring the World.  Javon has always had a desire to share his many gifts and talents with cultures all over the world.

    While Attending the Performing Arts and Technology High School Javon was awarded several song writing and jingle writing awards.  He also received awards from the Grammy in the School Foundation for writing, producing and directing his own talent and fashion shows all before the age of eighteen. In addition to the above-mentioned prestigious awards, Javon received the stage coaching excellence award from Ray Chew of Ray Chew in the crew after performing in many talent shows that he produced.  Through his continued hard work and dedication Javon was honored to become a part of the B.E.T. Network production special “The Million Man Movement” in 2005 which he was featured in the televised portion of the march with B.E.T’s Toure’ as host. For his outstanding service to the community, in 2006 he was awarded Youth of the Year Award by the Boys and Girls club of America.  Javon was featured in numerous clothing catalogs photo shoots and was named the face of “Overdrive Clothing” by CEO Chris Cooper in association with Rexx Lott Photography.

    Currently Javon has worked primarily as a choreographer at the for numerous underground artist; as well as a dance teacher  the New York City Department of Education for many years; prior to which he donated his time to HELPUSA which is nonprofit organization located in the East New York section Brooklyn New York.  Where On average Javon worked with a minimum of 35 dance students choreographing annual shows, Christmas parties and summer enrichment program productions.  Occasionally serving as an assistant choreographer and host at many red-carpet events. After developing a personal relationship with H.E.L.P USA’s Chairman Maria Cuomo Cole and husband Kenneth Cole. Having many opportunities to be the lead performer at all of HELP USA’s annual galas, Javon has shared his talents and entertained many prominent public figures such as, Cicely Tyson, Vanessa Williams, Kenneth Cole, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Marcia Gay Harden and even former president Bill Clinton just to name a few. 

    No easy path though recently dealing with the sudden loss of his Best Friend and oldest Brother to a rare form of cancer JavonAntwon contemplated thoughts of giving up and never doing music again. Passionate about his craft JavonAntwon decided to put his fear and pain into a visual album which he dedicates to his late brother. Titled Singing to R.A.R.D out on all platforms now. Recently releasing two singles and performing in over 85 shows JavonAntwon continues to develop ways to take the entertainment industry by storm as he seeks representation taking on a new oath of determination. Presenting everything in honor of his late brother.
